1. An internal combustion engine for the combustion of ammonia, the engine comprising one or more combustions chambers comprising an ammonia combustion catalyst, wherein the ammonia combustion catalyst is provided as a coating on a porous substrate, and the ammonia combustion catalyst is provided with a support material comprising titania or large pore zeolite.
