1. A culture medium comprising:
(a) a neural basal medium;
(b) a human Platelet Lysate (hPLT);
(c) a Transforming Growth Factor β (TGF-β);
(d) a γ-secretase inhibitor;
(e) a cAMP-based compound or its cyclase activator; and
(f) a Rho Kinase (ROCK) inhibitor.
