1. An enzyme surfactant component for inclusion in a detergent composition that optimizes the cleaning ability of the enzyme comprising:
from about 0.01 wt. % to about 5 wt. % of a combination of a protease enzyme and an amylase enzyme;
from about 10 wt. % to about 45 wt. % of a sodium olefin sulfonate and/or a sodium lauryl ether sulfate;
from about 1 wt. % to about 25 wt. % of one or more amphoteric surfactants comprising lauryl dimethylamine oxide;
