1. A compound of Formula I

each of YA, YB, and YC is independently O, S, Se, CRR′, or SiRR′;
n is 0 or 1, with YC being not present when n=0, while X7 and X8 are both C when n=1;
each of X1-X11 is independently C or N;
each of RA, RB, and RC independently represents zero, mono, or up to the maximum allowed number of substitutions to its associated ring;
each of R, R′, RA, RB, and RC is independently a hydrogen or a substituent selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, germyl, boryl, selenyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carboxylic acid, ether, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof; and
any two adjacent R, R′, RA, RB, or RC can be joined or fused together to form a ring, wherein at least one of RA, RB, and RC comprises an N-containing moiety with each N atom forming three σ bonds with its adjacent atoms, and all the three σ bonds being within one or more cyclic groups.
