1. A compound represented by Formula (IIIA):

R1 is cyclohexyl, morpholinyl, or piperdinyl, wherein the cyclohexyl, morpholinyl, and piperdinyl are each optionally substituted with 1 to 2 R1b;
each R1b is —F;
R2 is —NHS(O)2CH2CH2OH or —NHS(O)2C(CH3)3;
R3b is H, —F, —CH3, —CH2F, or —CHF2; and
R4 is H or —CH3.
