1. A compound of formula (I):

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof,
wherein:
HetAr is:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
X is H, halogen, or O(alkyl);
custom character is the point of attachment to A;
A is CH or N;
P is —(CH2)b— or

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
Q is —CH2—, —NH—, —N(alkyl)-, —N[C(O)R]—, —N[C(O)OR]—, or —O—;
R is alkyl, alkyl-O(alkyl), alkyl(aryl), or cycloalkyl;
b is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6;
m is 0 or 1; and
n is 0 or 1;
with the provisos that:
(1) if Q is —CH2—, then each B is independently H, halogen, or O(alkyl); and
(2) if Q is —NH—, —N(alkyl)-, —N[C(O)R]—, —N[C(O)OR]—, or —O—, then B is absent.
 
3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and the compound as claimed in claim 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof.
