1. A compound represented by formula (I-1) or an N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

R2 represents C1-6 alkyl or C3-7 heterocycloalkenyl, either of which groups is optionally substituted by one or more substituents;
R3 represents hydrogen;
R4 represents hydrogen;
R5 represents C3-9 cycloalkyl, which group is optionally substituted by one, two or three substituents independently selected from hydrogen, halogen and C1-6 alkyl; and
R6 represents heteroaryl, which group is optionally substituted by one, two or three substituents independently selected from C1-6 alkyl.
