1. A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:

wherein in Chemical Formula 1,
X1 to X3 are each independently N or CH, and at least one of X1 to X3 is N,
Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl containing one or more selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, and Ar1 is substituted with one, two or three cyano groups,
L1 to L3 are each independently a single bond; or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 arylene,
R1 to R3 are each independently hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; nitro; amino; a substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C3-60 cycloalkyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 alkenyl; a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl containing one or more selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, or two adjacent groups of R1s, two adjacent groups of R2s, or two adjacent groups of R3s are linked with each other respectively to form a C6-60 aromatic ring or a C2-60 heteroaromatic ring containing any one or more selected from the group consisting of N, O and S,
a1 and a2 are each independently an integer of 0 to 5, and
a3 is an integer of 0 to 4.
