1. A compound of formula (Ia) or formula (Ib):

R11 is NR14R14 or a nitrogen-containing heterocycloalkyl, wherein the nitrogen-containing heterocycloalkyl is substituted with n independently selected R5 substituents;
each R14 is independently hydrogen, alkyl, heteroalkyl, CH2X14, CH(X14)2, C(X14)3, C(O)R14A, C(O)NR14AR14B, C(O)NHNR14AR14B, C(O)OR14A, NR14AR14B, NR14AC(O)R14B, NHC(O)NR14AR14B, NR14AC(O)OR14B, NHNR14AR14B, NR14AOR14B, NR14AS(O)2R14B, OR14A, OCH2X14, OCH(X14)2, OC(X14)3, SR14A, S(O)R14A, S(O)2R14A, S(O)2NR14AR14B, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl;

any R14A and R14B, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, independently forms a heterocycloalkyl or heteroaryl;
each X14 is independently halogen;
