1. A composition comprising a compound having a formula of:
M2(CO)m(PF3)n;
wherein M is a group 9 metal, m is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, n is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, and the sum of m and n is 8.
