wherein:
a is 1.0;
b is 0.35 to 1.0;
c is 0.1 to 1.0;
d is 0.06 to 1.0; and
x is a number to at least satisfy the valence of the catalyst; and
wherein the amorphous content of the catalyst is 30 wt. % to 50 wt. %.
