1. A centrifugal reaction microtube comprising:
a first reaction space for containing a reaction mixture and for the reaction mixture to undergo a first reaction, the first reaction space including a first end and a second end;
a first unidirectional valve located in the second end and configured to enable the reaction mixture in the first reaction space to exit through the second end by transitioning from a first unidirectional valve closed state to a first unidirectional valve open state in response to application of a first centrifugal force; and
a second reaction space separated from the first reaction space by the first unidirectional valve, the second reaction space having a third end and a fourth end, wherein the first unidirectional valve is configured to enable the reaction mixture to move into the second reaction space in the first unidirectional valve open state under the first centrifugal force and undergo a second reaction; and
a second unidirectional valve disposed in the fourth end and configured to enable the reaction mixture in the second reaction space to exit through the fourth end by transitioning from a second unidirectional closed state to a second unidirectional open state in response to application of a second centrifugal force wherein the second reaction space is disposed radially outward in a centrifugation direction relative to the first reaction space and wherein the second centrifugal force is greater than the first centrifugal force.
