1. A method, comprising:
receiving a plurality of encoded video frames at a client device from a server device, wherein the server device encodes a plurality of video frames to generate the plurality of encoded video frames;
generating a client VSYNC signal at the client device; and
synchronizing a frequency of the client VSYNC signal to a frequency of a server VSYNC signal of the server device, wherein timing for generation of the plurality of video frames at the server device is based on the server VSYNC signal.
