1. A flameless venting system for a protected enclosure having a curved surface, comprising:
a pressure relief device configured to seal an opening in the curved surface of the vessel, the pressure relief device further configured to open in response to a predetermined pressure within the vessel;
a flame arrestor positioned over the pressure relief device, wherein the flame arrestor has a mounting flange;
wherein the mounting flange is curved to mate with the curved surface of the vessel.
