1. A transdermal drug delivery patch, comprising:
a matrix, and
at least one drug disposed within the matrix, wherein the matrix has a water holding capacity of 10 mg/cm2 or less and a thickness of 100 μm or less, and the drug is a pharmaceutical having a molecular weight of 5000 or less, and the at least one drug is in an amount of 0.1 mg to 30 mg per cm2 of the matrix.
