An implant comprising a body defining a central opening; said body has a first surface and a second surface spaced apart and opposite from the first surface; said second surface at least partially defines said central opening; said first surface defines a plurality of openings including a first opening, a second opening, a third opening, a fourth opening, a fifth opening and a sixth opening; each of said openings extends along an axis from said first surface to said second surface; said first opening and said second opening at least partially overlap at said first surface; said axis of said first opening is non-parallel to said axis of said second opening; said third opening and said fourth opening at least partially overlap at said first surface; said axis of said third opening is non-parallel to said axis of said fourth opening; said fifth opening and said sixth opening at least partially overlap at said first surface; said axis of said fifth opening is non-parallel to said axis of said sixth opening.
