1. An ophthalmic laser surgical system for treating a floater in an eye, comprising:
a scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) device configured to:
generate an SLO image of a floater shadow cast by the floater onto a retina of the eye; and
provide an xy-location of the floater shadow, the xy-location related to an xy-scanner;
an interferometer device configured to provide a z-location of the floater, the z-location relative to the retina;
a laser device configured to generate a laser beam, the laser device comprising a z-focusing component configured to:
focus a focal point of the laser beam onto the z-location of the floater; and
the xy-scanner configured to:
receive an SLO beam from the SLO device and direct the SLO beam along an SLO beam path towards the xy-location of the floater shadow; and
receive the laser beam from the laser device and direct the laser beam along the SLO beam path towards the xy-location of the floater shadow.
