1. A brewing material container for a beverage brewer, comprising:
a receptacle; and
a lid;
wherein the receptacle is configured to receive and hold beverage brewing material and to be placed in a brewing chamber of the beverage brewer, and includes:
a base, and
a sidewall extending from the base and terminating in an open end;
wherein the base is arranged in a raised position above a lower end of the sidewall to accommodate an outflow nozzle of the beverage brewer below the base; and
wherein the lid is configured to engage with the open end of the sidewall, and includes a plurality of lid through-holes configured to receive a corresponding respective plurality of injection nozzles of the beverage brewer.
