1. A method of controlling blind decoding attempts by a User Equipment (UE) in a telecommunication network, the method comprising:
receiving, by the UE, a first Downlink Control Information (DCI) in a Search Space (SS) by a Base Station (BS);
determining, by the UE, if a flag to indicate at least one second DCI is present in data channel is enabled in the first DCI; and
performing, by the UE, one of receiving subsequent DCI for a next process in a data channel of previous process and receiving at least one second DCI scheduled for the UE in the data channel of the primary process, when the flag is determined to be enabled and monitoring, by the UE, for the at least one second DCI in the SS when the flag is determined to be disabled.
