1. An autostereoscopic display comprising:
a pixel array comprising a plurality of pixel rows, each of the plurality of pixel rows being aligned along an X-axis of the autostereoscopic display; and
a multiscopic optical element comprising a plurality of multiscopic cells, the multiscopic optical element lying on an XY plane of the autostereoscopic display, each of the plurality of multiscopic cells having a longitudinal axis (P-Q) aligned along a Y axis of the autostereoscopic display,
wherein in a given set of consecutive pixel rows, a starting position of a given pixel row is horizontally offset relative to a starting position of a preceding pixel row, the horizontal offset being represented along the X-axis.
