1. A computer-implemented method of managing a plurality of supplemental payment sources of a user, the method comprising:
receiving, at a payment services computing system and via a user interface of a computing device associated with the user, identifiers of one or more supplemental payment source accounts of the user, the supplemental payment source accounts being stored in a database accessible by the payment services computing system, wherein the identifiers of the supplemental payment source accounts are linked in the database to a primary payment source account of the user represented by a primary payment source payment vehicle, and wherein resources in the supplemental payment source accounts are applicable to transactions by the user presenting only the primary payment source payment vehicle used to originate the transactions;
receiving, at the payment services computing system and via the user interface of the computing device associated with the user, a plurality of preference settings for applying resources of the primary payment source account and one or more of the supplemental payment source accounts to a transaction wherein the preference settings comprise a plurality of payment combinations comprising the primary payment source account and one or more of the supplemental payment source accounts, and wherein the plurality of preference settings comprises one or more specific merchant settings for applying one or more of the plurality of payment combinations to a transaction originated by the user at a specific merchant based on the specific merchant identifier for the merchant where the transaction was originated;
linking, by the payment services computing system, the payment combination, specific merchant identifier, and primary payment source account by storing in a merchant specific data structure the plurality of preference settings according to the specific merchant identifier and the primary payment source account;
receiving, by the payment services computing system, a transaction authorization request for a transaction originated by the user at a specific merchant presenting the primary payment source payment vehicle, the transaction authorization request identifying the primary payment source account of the user and the specific merchant identifier of the merchant where the transaction was originated; and
processing, by the payment services computing system, the transaction using resources defined by the payment combination based on the specific merchant identifier and the primary payment source account of the plurality of preference settings.
