wherein R1 is selected from: C1-10alkyl; C6-18aryl; C3-10cycloalkyl; C1-10heteroalkyl; C6-18heterocyclyl; optionally substituted one or more times by Cl, F, Br, I, C6-18aryl, C1-C10alkoxy, or C1-10haloalkoxy
Q1 represents a moiety having the structure:

Q2 represents a moiety having the structure:

wherein R2 is selected from: hydrogen; C1-10alkyl; C6-18aryl; C3-10cycloalkyl; C1-10heteroalkyl;
C6-18heterocyclyl, optionally substituted one or more times by Cl, F, Br, I, C6-18aryl,
C1-10alkoxy, or C1-10haloalkoxy
one of Ra and Rb is hydrogen, and the other is-CH2OR3
wherein R3 is selected from: hydrogen; C1-10alkyl; C6-18aryl; C3-10cycloalkyl; C1-10heteroalkyl; C6-18heterocyclyl,
wherein Q1 and Q2 do not both include an R2 group; and also
wherein Q1 and Q2 do not both include an R3 group;
wherein R1 and R2 are not the same; and
wherein neither R1 nor R2 are isopropyl, tert-butyl, n-butyl, or p-methoxybenzyl.
