L1 represents a direct bond or is C6 to C18 arylene;
X1 to X5 are independently selected from the group consisting of CR2 and N, wherein 2 to 4 of X1 to X5 are N and 1 to 3 of X1 to X5 are independently selected CR2;
R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C36 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C36 heteroaryl, and a group represented by the following Formula (II)

wherein the asterisk symbol “*” represents the binding position of the structure according to Formula II to the C-atom in the respective group CR2;
two adjacent R2 can be linked together to form a ring;
