1. An apparatus for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE), comprising:
one or more memories; and
one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, configured to:
receive, from a network entity, a first configuration associated with radio resource management (RRM) measurement relaxation based at least in part on the UE being stationary,
wherein the UE is stationary based at least in part on a difference between a threshold value and a serving cell received signal level (Srxlev) being less than a delta value for a period of time;
receive, from the network entity, a second configuration, that is applicable only when the first configuration is enabled, associated with RRM measurement relaxation and associated with the UE not being located at a cell edge,
wherein the UE is not located at the cell edge based at least in part on a signal strength of the UE satisfying another threshold value; and
perform RRM measurements based at least in part on the first configuration and the second configuration.
