1. A method comprising:
determining, using a control circuitry, a biometric state of a first user, wherein the determining the biometric state of the first user comprises measuring distinctive characteristics, wherein the distinctive characteristics comprise one of: heart beats per minute of the first user, breathes per minute of the first user, blood pressure of the first user, attention level of the first user, or perspiration level of the first user;
accessing, using the control circuitry, a user profile of the first user that indicates a communication method preference corresponding to the biometric state, wherein the communication method preference is one of: (a) a phone call communication method, (b) a text message communication method, or (c) an email communication method; and
in response to the determining the biometric state of the first user, initiating a communication to a device of a second user via the communication method indicated by the communication method preference of the user profile of the first user as corresponding to the biometric state, wherein the communication method preference is indicated by the user profile to be a written form of communication if the determined biometric state of the first user is not conducive to speaking.
