1. A method for testing functional mobility and memory, comprising:
providing information about a participant to an artificial intelligence (Al) engine to train the Al to provide instructions to a participant based on participant user history and a participant particular health condition, wherein said artificial intelligence engine uses a plurality of sensors to assess accuracy of a participant performance;
assessing said information using said Al engine and training a machine learning module to provide instructions to said participant to memorize a random set of steps to be performed physically, wherein said random set is designed to meet at meet a set of conditions extracted from said assessed information about said participant, wherein said participant is instructed to provide a confidence assessment after performing a memory recall of said random set of instructions and said confidence assessment is used as part of an overall performance assessment;
inquiring from said participant to recall said random set of instructions without performing them physically and said Al engine assessing recall accuracy;
providing a set of random instructions to said participant to perform using said Al engine and said machine learning module, wherein said set of instructions have a physical instruction component and a non-physical memory component to be completed simultaneously;
instructing said participant to perform said random set of instructions as a sequence of steps physically assessing the recall and performance accuracy, wherein said participant is instructed to provide a confidence assessment after performing said physical performance of said instructions;
analyzing by said Al engine the cognitive ability participant through performance of simultaneously memory and physical features as a determination for cognitive condition;
analyzing by said Al engine the overall performance of said participant and determining a current state of physical and mental capacity of said participant based on an overall analysis; and
providing a final participant assessment by said Al engine based on said overall performance analysis.
