1. A method comprising:
at an electronic device in communication with one or more input devices:
while navigating from a first location to a second location, different than the first location, determining that one or more tactile output criteria are satisfied; and
in response to determining that the one or more tactile output criteria are satisfied:
in accordance with a determination that the electronic device is at a first orientation with respect to a path between a current location of the electronic device and the second location, generating, at the electronic device, a first tactile output having a first value for a first characteristic; and
in accordance with a determination that the electronic device is at a second orientation with respect to the path between the current location of the electronic device and the second location, generating, at the electronic device, a second tactile output having a second value for the first characteristic.
