1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
identifying a set of entities having a respective secured transfer medium assigned after providing a respective portion of entity resources, each secured transfer medium having a respective resource usage threshold equivalent to the respective portion of entity resources;
determining, by an evaluation module for each entity of the set of entities, whether to transition a particular entity to an unsecured transfer medium based on an evaluation indicator associated with the particular entity and a set of criteria related at least in part to resource usage of the particular entity; and
in response to determining to transition the particular entity to the unsecured transfer medium, transmitting, by a transfer medium module and to an orchestration platform, a graduation request to initiate a transition to the unsecured transfer medium, the graduation request comprising a unique identifier corresponding to the particular entity.
