1. A system for sharing a virtual experience involving a real-world object and a virtual object, comprising:
a first head-worn viewing component including a first sensor;
a first hand-held controller component operatively coupled to the first head-worn viewing component;
a first computing component operatively coupled to the first head-worn viewing component and the first hand-held controller component;
a second head-worn viewing component including a second sensor;
a second hand-held controller component operatively coupled to the second head-worn viewing component; and
a second computing component operatively coupled to the second head-worn viewing component and the second hand-held controller component;
wherein the first sensor is configured to capture an image of a real-world object from a first user's view of the real-world object,
wherein the first computing component is configured to generate a view of a virtual object corresponding to the real-world object from the first user's view of the real-world object, based on the captured image; and
wherein the second head-worn viewing component is configured to display the view of the virtual object from the first user's view of the real-world object to a second user wearing the second head-worn viewing component; and
wherein the view of the virtual object from the first user's view of the real-world object is displayed on the second head worn device in real-time with the capturing the image of a real-world object from the first user's view of the real-world object.
