receiving a target steering angle of the vehicle when a steering system configured to steer a vehicle fails;
calculating a target moment of the vehicle based on the target steering angle and calculating brake torques of a one-side front wheel and a one-side rear wheel of the vehicle based on the target moment of the vehicle to distribute the brake torques between the one-side front wheel and the one-side rear wheel when the steering system fails; and
controlling one or more braking actuators of the one-side front wheel and the one-side rear wheel of the vehicle to perform one-side brake according to the calculated brake torques of the one-side front wheel and the one-side rear wheel.
