their tautomeric forms, their stereoisomers, their enantiomers, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them wherein, ‘A’ is selected from optionally substituted groups selected from (C3-C8)cycloalkyl, (C6-C10)aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl groups each of which is optionally further substituted with one or more than one heteroatom(s);
B′ is the following ring system

R1 at each occurrence is independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, haloalkyl, optionally substituted groups selected from (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, (C3-C6)cycloalkyl, (C6-C10)aryl, heterocyclyl, thiol, (C1-C6) mercapto alkyl, SO2(C6-C10)aryl, SO2(C3-C6)cycloalkyl, C1-C6(thio-alkoxy), CO(O)(C1-C6)alkyl;
R2 is hydrogen;
n is 0;
R3 at each occurrence is independently selected from hydrogen, cyano, optionally substituted groups selected from (C1-C10)alkyl;
R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen.
