1. A system comprising:
a) a microwave energy delivery device comprising an inner conductor and an outer conductor, the inner conductor comprising a first proximal end and a first distal end, the outer conductor comprising a second proximal end and a second distal end,
wherein a coolant can circulate from the first proximal end, through a cooling channel of the inner conductor, out of the first distal end to a first region between the first distal end and the second distal end, through a space which is defined by the outer conductor and that extends from the second distal end to the second proximal end, and to a second region between the first proximal end and the second proximal end, and
b) a processor capable of operating the microwave energy delivery device.

14. A method, comprising:
providing the system of claim 1;
inserting the microwave energy delivery device into an opening in a subject and directing said microwave energy delivery device towards a difficult to reach treatment site;
ablating the treatment site with the microwave energy delivery device, wherein ablating the difficult to reach treatment site with the microwave energy delivery device is controlled with the processor.
