1. A computer network system for verifying an identity of a first subject during an account opening process, comprising:
a first illicit proceeds tracking system physically coupled to a computer network via a first network interface, the first illicit proceeds tracking system opening an account for the first subject, the first illicit proceeds tracking system configured to transmit, on a communications channel via the computer network to a central computer system, identification information of the first subject and account information for a third party organization to which the first subject is associated;
the central computer system physically coupled to the computer network via a second network interface that is different from the first network interface, the central computer system configured to transform the identification information of the first subject into a first identity code that hides the identification information of the first subject,
the central computer system configured to transmit a request to the computer network, the request including the first identity code and the account information;
a second illicit proceeds tracking system of the third party organization physically coupled to the computer network via a third network interface that is different from the first network interface and different from the second network interface, the second illicit proceeds tracking system configured to receive via the third network interface the first identity code and the account information and configured to determine whether the first identity code matches a second identity code for an account holder corresponding to the account information, the second identity code stored in a database at the second illicit proceeds tracking system; and
a third illicit proceeds tracking system physically coupled to the computer network via a fourth network interface that is different from the first network interface, different from the second network interface, and different from the third network interface, the third illicit proceeds tracking system configured to receive via the fourth network interface the first identity code and the account information and configured to determine whether the first identity code matches a third identity code for the account holder corresponding to the account information, the third identity code stored in a database at the third illicit proceeds tracking system,
wherein the central computer system is configured to receive from the second illicit proceeds tracking system in response to the request, a piece of information associated with the account information when the second illicit proceeds tracking system determined the first identity code matches the second identity code, the central computer system configured to transmit to the first illicit proceeds tracking system, a question related to the piece of information, the central computer system configured to receive from the first illicit proceeds tracking system, an answer in response to the question, and configured to transmit to the first illicit proceeds tracking system, a message corresponding to the answer.
