1. Quantum device in the form of a two-dimensional array of quantum dots, the array comprising at least two elementary cells extending along a main plane and arranged next to one another in a first direction of the main plane and/or a second direction of the main plane, each elementary cell comprising:
a plurality of sites occupied by quantum dots capable of confining at least one spin qubit and comprising at least a first quantum dot, a second quantum dot adjacent to the first quantum dot in the first direction of the main plane, and a third quantum dot adjacent to the first quantum dot in the second direction of the main plane; and
at least one blocking site not capable of confining any spin qubit, including a first blocking site adjacent to the second and third quantum dots;
the array thus comprising a plurality of first, second, and third quantum dots and of blocking sites arranged so that all or part of the second quantum dots are arranged between at least two blocking sites in the second direction, and all or part of the third quantum dots are arranged between at least two blocking sites in the first direction.
