1. A method comprising:
by an alarm processing system that a) comprises one or more computers and communicates with at least a responder system and a property system for a property using a network and b) that executes an alarm handling workflow to process data for alarm events:
receiving, from the property system and using the network, data identifying a potential alarm event at the property;
creating, in memory, an alarm event data record that includes first data for the potential alarm event and a case identifier;
determining, for the potential alarm event for the property and using sensor data for the potential alarm event, whether to process the potential alarm event using a default alarm handling workflow or an enhanced alarm handling workflow;
in response to determining to process the potential alarm event using the enhanced alarm handling workflow, modifying the default alarm handling workflow that has a plurality of operations to generate the enhanced alarm handling workflow that has one or more operations, the plurality of operations including at least one operation not included in the one or more operations;
after generating the enhanced handling alarm workflow, executing the enhanced alarm handling workflow to generate second data;
in response to determining to process the potential alarm event using the enhanced alarm handling workflow, updating the alarm event data record to include the second data for the enhanced alarm handling workflow; and
transmitting, to the responder system and using the network, third data for the potential alarm event including the case identifier to enable a device to access a user interface that depicts alarm data for the alarm event data record.
