1. A display, comprising:
a plurality of pixels; and
a backlight configured to produce backlight illumination for the plurality of pixels, wherein the backlight comprises:
a substrate;
a plurality of light sources mounted on the substrate; and
a color conversion layer that receives light from the plurality of light sources, wherein the color conversion layer comprises:
a phosphor layer;
a partially reflective layer; and
an anti-static layer, wherein the phosphor layer is interposed between the anti-static layer and the partially reflective layer.
