1. A method for root cause analysis in a computer network, the method comprising:
determining a degradation of Quality of Experience (QoE) for at least one traffic flow of at least one user on the computer network;
determining a traffic pattern associated with the degradation of the QoE;
determining a root cause for the degradation based on the traffic pattern, wherein determining the root cause comprises:
determining a top level assessment of the degradation;
determining whether the degradation was an intended response; and
reviewing further diagnostic levels of the traffic pattern to determine the root cause; and
implementing a traffic action response based on the root cause of the degradation.
