1. A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer readable code executable by one or more processors to:
identify, in image data capturing a finger of a person, a fingertip region where a touch is determined to have occurred;
detect a gaze vector of the person;
determine a similarity metric between the gaze vector and a pointing direction of the finger based on the image data; and
determine a target region offset from the fingertip region by a distance determined based on the similarity metric.
