1. A time zone correction mechanism, for a timepiece, equipped with a manual control device comprising two counteracting manual corrector actuators, arranged to be operated by a user and to control movements of one and the same time zone correction wheel assembly in opposite directions, each of the two manual corrector actuators setting in motion a time zone corrector associated therewith comprising a beak which is configured to bear against a relief of said time zone correction wheel assembly and to cause said time zone correction wheel assembly to move over a full path of travel of said manual corrector actuator under an action of the user, wherein said time zone correction wheel assembly is a toothed wheel assembly comprising a regularly spaced toothing having a first drive level from which a plurality of successive teeth are missing and replaced by a first clearance, and a second drive level parallel to said first drive level, and from which a plurality of successive teeth are missing and replaced by a second clearance, wherein said first clearance and said second clearance are not superimposed with one another, and wherein each time zone corrector is configured to cooperate with a single drive level, from among the first drive level and the second drive level, of the time zone correction wheel assembly.
