1. A device which comprises:
a ceiling track;
an adjustable framework which comprises:
a beam including a first end and a second end;
at least one hanger supporting said beam to said ceiling track;
said at least one hanger being slidingly longitudinally adjustable within and along said ceiling track;
a pivot structure secured to said beam, said pivot structure comprises:
a housing comprising a bearing;
a spindle rotatively mounted to said housing about a first axis of rotation;
at least one brake releasably locking the angular position of said spindle in said housing;
a boom secured to said housing; and,
at least one cradle secured to said boom.
