1. A method comprising:
determining that a user device is associated with a communication session that connects to a public safety answering point (PSAP);
determining, based at least on the communication session, that audio data received from the user device is associated with a first language different from a second language associated with the PSAP;
generating, from the user device, first communication data that is to be transmitted from the user device to the PSAP;
determining, based on the first communication data, first audio data to be translated from the first language to the second language;
transmitting the first audio data to a translation server;
causing, based at least on transmitting the first audio data to the translation server, second audio data to be generated that includes the first audio data translated into the second language; and
causing second communication data to be transmitted to the PSAP, the second communication data including the second audio data.
