1. An apparatus comprising:
a polar transceiver configured to:
be coupled to an antenna;
transmit, via the antenna, data comprising multiple symbols associated with quadrature amplitude modulation, the multiple symbols comprising multiple sets of two consecutive symbols; and
transmit, via the antenna, a correction list identifying symbols within the multiple symbols that have been encoded to avoid a zero-crossing condition.
