1. A method of distributing data to target devices using predefined network configuration, comprising:
using at least one processor of an access device for:
broadcasting at least one predefined network identifier via at least one network accessible to at least one target device, the at least one predefined network identifier identifies the access device in the at least one network;
receiving a connection request from the at least one target device to join the at least one network according to the at least one predefined network identifier;
establishing a communication session with the at least one target device via the at least one network;
receiving at least one update request for at least one update package from the at least one target device; and
transmitting, responsive to determination that the at least one update package is available to the access device, the at least one update package to the at least one target device which is adapted to apply the received at least one update package;
wherein the at least one target device is a device that normally operates disconnected from any network and connects to the at least one network periodically to check for updates.
