1. A method comprising:
selecting, by a user device associated with a user, one or more items or services in a user interface, wherein the one or more items or services are associated with one or more merchants participating in a purchasing facilitator program;
sending by the user device, a user device location of the user device to the purchasing facilitator program;
receiving, from a merchant device associated with at least one merchant of the one or more merchants,
one or more offers for the one or more items or services based on i) a merchant location of the at least one merchant being within a proximity of the user device location and ii) a travel cost associated with the user traveling from the user device location to the merchant location, and
a total cost of the one or more offers;
causing, by the user device, an indication to display on the user interface, wherein the indication is that the user does not have funds to accept the one or more offers to be sent; and
in response to the indication, receiving, by the user device, an offer for a line of credit to pay for all or a portion of the total cost of the one or more items or services.
