1. A method to optimize an oil and gas field, comprising:
receiving, by a computer processor, oil and gas field device data from a plurality of devices disposed throughout the oil and gas field, the device data comprising oil and gas production data, inflow control valve (ICV) settings, and choke valve setting;
training, by the computer processor, a machine-learned model to receive, as input, the device data and output optimal ICV settings and optimal choke valve settings that optimize the oil and gas production data;
determining, by the computer processor and the trained machine-learned model, the optimal ICV settings and optimal choke valve settings based on the device data; and
adjusting, by the computer processor, the ICV settings and choke valve settings to the optimal ICV settings and optimal choke valve settings, respectively.
