8. A foul condensate treatment process comprising:
(a) removing volatile compounds from foul condensate to produce a resulting condensate;
(b) removing methanol from the resulting condensate by a second steam stripper; and
(c) maintaining the temperature of the resulting condensate between about 100° C. and about 120° C. in the second steam stripper.
