1. A process of providing industrial vehicle feedback, the process comprising:
storing, in memory, data identifying a vehicle-based event that characterizes interaction of an operator with at least one of a lift control, a traction control, an accelerometer, a controller, or a switch, on an industrial vehicle;
storing, in memory, operation information collected from an electronic component on the industrial vehicle that is associated with the vehicle-based event, the collected operation information characterizing a current operating state of the industrial vehicle as the industrial vehicle is being operated;
detecting that the vehicle-based event has occurred based upon the collected operation information; and
performing after detecting that the vehicle-based event has occurred:
assembling geo-location information with the collected operation information into an event record to capture a vehicle state and a location surrounding the detected vehicle-based event; and
wirelessly conveying the event record to a remote server.
