1. A positive airway pressure therapy device comprising:
a housing comprising a first end and a second end opposite the first end;
a support fixation arrangement positioned at the first end of the housing;
a gases inlet positioned on the first end of the housing, the gases inlet configured to receive airflow from an ambient environment;
a gases outlet positioned on the second end of the housing, the gases outlet configured to interface with a gases conduit;
wherein the positive airway pressure therapy device is configured to hang from the support fixation arrangement; and
wherein the gases inlet comprises a plurality of inlets distributed about an entirety of a perimeter of the first end of the housing.
