1. An anastomosis system, comprising:
a delivery device, comprising:
one or more elongated members; and
one or more engagement portions supported by the one or more elongated members; and
a treatment device, comprising:
a ring having a plurality of pins connected to the ring;
wherein the plurality of pins are configured to insert through tissue of a first and second openings; and,
wherein the one or more elongated members move the ring from a first configuration to a second configuration in which the plurality of pins are inside out relative to the first configuration and form a tubular shape to press the tissue of the first and second openings against each other.
