1. A base station, comprising:
reception circuitry, which, in operation, receives uplink channels of a first cell group and a second cell group, wherein a cell group includes one or more cells; and
control circuitry, which is coupled to the reception circuitry and which, in operation, controls the reception of the uplink channels of the second cell group, wherein, at a mobile station, in response to simultaneous transmission of:
the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group on which uplink control information is multiplexed; and
a plurality of reference signals on the uplink channels of the second cell group,
a transmission power of the uplink channels of the second cell group is uniformly reduced based on a transmission power of the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group at the mobile station.
